In a time where many individuals are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, and a weakened sense of purpose, there is an increasing need for spaces that address inner struggles with both depth and direction. This course is designed to provide exactly that—an opportunity to understand the self and heal the heart through a balanced integration of Islamic teachings and psychological insight.
This 10-week structured program explores the human inner world through the Islamic framework of the nafs (self), qalb (heart), ruh (soul), and ‘aql (intellect), while incorporating practical tools from contemporary psychology. It aims to help participants make sense of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a way that is both spiritually grounded and relevant to modern life.
Rather than offering surface-level advice or generalized reminders, the course takes a reflective and practical approach. Participants are guided to move beyond simply “coping” toward deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and meaningful personal growth.
The course is divided into two key phases:
Foundations & Self-Understanding (Weeks 1–5)
Participants will explore the core concepts of Islamic psychology, gaining insight into their internal processes and emotional patterns. Topics include emotional awareness through the Sunnah, understanding anxiety and stress alongside tawakkul, and processing grief and hardship with both psychological and spiritual depth.
Healing, Growth & Application (Weeks 6–10)
The second phase focuses on applying this understanding to real-life challenges. Participants will engage with topics such as trauma and healing, their relationship with Allah, tazkiyah (self-purification), habit formation, emotional intelligence, boundaries, identity, and purpose—culminating in a personalised growth and healing plan.
Each session is interactive and practice-oriented, combining live teaching with guided reflections, journaling exercises, real-life case discussions, and weekly check-ins. Participants are encouraged to actively apply what they learn through structured exercises such as emotional tracking, thought reframing, boundary-setting, and habit-building.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will have developed a clearer understanding of themselves, a healthier inner dialogue, stronger emotional awareness, and a more grounded and connected relationship with Allah. They will also leave with practical tools and a personalised framework to continue their journey of growth and healing beyond the course.
